Flagship Collaborations

One of the indicators of improved academic quality, performance, as well as facilities and transparency is the establishment of various collaborations between institutions or parties with UHO. As of August 2023, several collaborations exist between UHO and both domestic and foreign institutions such as Mie University, Japan, La Rochelle University, France, and the University of Rhode Island, USA. The total number of collaborations between UHO and other parties that have Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) and Memoranda of Agreement (MoA) amounts to 48 activities. The understandings and agreements established in these collaborations concern the implementation of the Tridharma (teaching-research-community services, the three pillars of higher education) and other non-binding matters.
