Effect of Indigenous Mycorrhiza of Weed to Insect Diversity In Intercropping System Corn and Peanuts on Marginal Dry Land

This study aims to determine the effect of indigenous mycorrhiza of weeds to insect diversity in intercropping corn and peanuts. The indigenous mycorrhiza of doses used was lton ha The application of indigenous mycorrhiza of weeds was done concurrently with planting corn and peanuts. The method was used to take samples in the field, namely pitfall insect trap, using hormonal attractants, using insect nets and by hand directly. The variables were observed in this study are the types of insects. The results showed that the application of indigenous mycorrhiza of weeds effect on insect populations and diversity levels found intercropping planting corn and peanuts. At locations without mycorrhiza found as many as 13 insect populations, while land given mycorrhiza found as many as 19 insect populations. The highest average of insect population at age 21 DAP is Dolichodorus bituberculatuas much as4.66 individual. At the age of28 and41DAP, the highest average of insect populationis Rhopalissiphum maidis and Aphismaidis respectively as much as 4.89 and 2.33colonies.
